Unoh Kwon

Unoh Kwon has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. Unoh started their career in 2007 as a Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer at IBM, where they focused on High-K/Metal Gate technology. Unoh then moved on to become a Senior Engineer, specializing in 14nm CMOS process and integration. In 2015, Kwon joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they served as the Senior Manager/Deputy Director, overseeing product integration and 7nm technology qualification. Unoh also contributed to advanced technology development, specifically in FEOL Integration. Currently, Kwon is working at SK 하이닉스 as the Vice President and Head of HBM PI. Prior to this role, they held the position of Fellow/VP, and also worked as a Project Lead for Advanced DRAM Module Development.

Unoh Kwon obtained a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University between 2000 and 2006. Prior to that, from 1993 to 2000, Unoh completed a Bachelor's degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Hanyang University.
