Rachel Pearce

Rachel Pearce currently serves as the Director of Business Development at SK pharmteco since September 2024 and is a Co-Founder of Oxford Women in Life Sciences, which aims to foster connections and collaborations within the Life Sciences community. Rachel previously held the position of Director of Business Development and Associate Director at Domainex, leading clients through the sales cycle and shaping scientific research contracts. With extensive experience at Biosynth Carbosynth as a Business Development and Sales Manager, Rachel managed significant sales portfolios and key accounts while building a global network. Early in the career, Rachel was recognized as Scientist of the Year at Evotec and gained expertise in drug discovery as a Medicinal Chemist. Rachel holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
