Maximilian Fritz began their work experience in 2019 as a Praktikant Sportredaktion at ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 GmbH. Maximilian then moved on to SK Rapid Wien in 2020, where they took on the role of Digital & Video Content, Kommunikation & Medien.

Maximilian Fritz attended FHWien der WKW from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalismus & Medienmanagement.
