Jihyung Park

Jihyung Park has worked as a Principal Software Engineer at SK Telecom since January 2022. Prior to that, from October 2017 to December 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SK Telecom, where they were involved in researching and developing personalized content recommendation systems for IPTV, OTT, and Music Streaming services.

Before their time at SK Telecom, Jihyung Park worked at Memory Business, Samsung Electronics. From January 2013 to August 2017, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, conducting research and development on new SSD internal architecture and features for storage systems. Jihyung also developed data isolation and latency control. Prior to that, from July 2005 to December 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer, focusing on embedded firmware development for HDD.

Jihyung Park attended Boston University from 2023 to 2024 and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Data Analytics. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2005, Park earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Yonsei University. There is no available information about any education before attending Yonsei University.
