Brian Cahak

Brian Cahak is the current Chief Revenue Officer at SKAEL. Prior to this, they were with Accenture Interactive from July 2017 to February 2022, where they served as Managing Director, Digital Growth & Innovation. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Digital Growth services for clients, which entailed helping them invest in customer experience (CX), people, process, data, tech, and culture to achieve desired outcomes.

Cahak has a long history of working in digital growth and innovation. Brian originally joined Accenture Interactive via the acquisition of Clearhead, which they helped build. At Clearhead, they served as Practice Lead for Digital Growth & Product Innovation. When Clearhead was acquired in July 2017, it became Accenture Interactive's Experience Design & Optimization practice. As part of the agency's continued evolution, Cahak and their team provided Digital Growth services to clients. This meant orchestrating cross-channel investments in customer experience (CX), people, process, data, tech, and culture to deliver outcomes. Brian Cahak earned their MBA in marketing and strategy from the Texas McCombs School of Business and their BS in environmental science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
