Caroline van Vloten

Caroline van Vloten is the Chief People Officer at SKAEL. Caroline previously served as Vice President Human Resources at NTT Communications Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) from April 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Principal Consultant, Founder and Owner of OQ Consulting LLC from January 2020 to April 2021.

Caroline has a passion for helping leaders and their organizations become more successful. Caroline specializes in organizational design, culture, strategy, leadership, and compensation. Caroline is committed to providing human capital services globally and partnering with renowned organizations.

Caroline van Vloten attended De Springplank for elementary school, Rijnlands Lyceum for high school, the University of Amsterdam for their MA in French, and the University of Amsterdam for post-graduate studies in international relations and business. Caroline is currently pursuing an MLHR at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
