Amit Tank

Amit Tank is an experienced professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Lead - Customer Success at Skai Lama since September 2023. Prior to this role, Amit worked at Inburg from December 2022 to September 2023, focusing on onboarding Retail and D2C merchants while managing PnL, revenues, and customer relationships. Amit's experience includes serving as an Associate Product Manager at ApnaComplex, where key contributions included the delivery of two significant modules and leading a 14-member tech team in a product revamp. Amit also developed a SaaS tool at Pigeon, achieving rapid user growth before recognizing challenges in long-term sustainability. Amit holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a diploma from Somaiya Vidyavihar University.
