Fan Shi Blackwell currently serves as Vice President of Partnerships at Skai, with a significant leadership role as a member of Chief, a network focused on empowering women in executive positions. Previously, at Quotient Technology Inc., Fan Shi Blackwell held the position of Vice President of Strategic Product Partnerships, where over four years, more than 100 strategic partnerships were established to enhance the product portfolio, achieving substantial cost savings and value increases. Fan Shi Blackwell's extensive experience includes leadership roles at various companies such as Ubimo, Ad-Juster, dailymotion, Celtra, and MediaMind, complemented by internships at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Marvel Studios. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from Montclair State University and Tourism and Travel Services Management from Sichuan University.
