Maggie Warszycki

Maggie Warszycki has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Maggie began their career at the Oneida Indian Nation, where they participated in a highly competitive externship program and was quickly promoted to work in multiple facilities within the resort, gaining experience in banquet orders, pastry creation, menu planning, and dessert plating. In 2016, they worked at Henry's Buttermilk Farm, focusing on customer service, front-of-house operations, event planning, and pastry chef duties. In 2017, Maggie joined Sparta Systems as a Global Services Consultant, responsible for sales, marketing, and solutions in global education. Maggie managed financial procedures, collaborated with various teams, and supported routine business needs. Later in 2017, they worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at Residence Inn by Marriott Hamilton, overseeing daily operations and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. In 2019, Maggie joined Syndigo as an Account Executive, and later as an Enterprise Account Executive, gaining experience in sales. Currently, they work at Skai as Director of Sales and has been promoted to the role of Growth Director.

Maggie Warszycki attended The Culinary Institute of America, specializing in Baking and Pastry Arts. Maggie obtained additional certification in ServSafe in June 2014.
