Michael Eager

Michael Eager has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael began their career as an Account Manager at TMF Inc in 2005. Michael then became the Shipping Manager at Truway Veritas Inc in 2007. After that, they worked at VivaKi as a Keyword Development Manager, where they focused on research and development of new paid search technologies. Michael later became the Manager of Search Technology, leading a team and providing technical support to client accounts.

In 2014, Michael joined Skai, where they held various positions. Michael started as a Senior Client Success Manager and then became a Technical Account Manager. Michael continued to progress in the company and took on roles such as Senior Technical Account Manager, Client Success Group Lead, and Director of Technical Account Management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Technical Account Management at Skai.

Through their work experience, Michael has demonstrated expertise in technical account management, client success, search technology, and shipping management.

Michael Eager attended St. John Fisher University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. In 2014, they obtained additional certifications in Kenshoo Search Pro and Kenshoo Social Pro.
