Prathiba Ramamurthy has a robust background in client success and account management, with experience spanning over a decade in the marketing and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Client Success at Skai since September 2018, Prathiba leads a team focused on revenue management for the West Coast and oversees large enterprise accounts and independent agencies. Previous roles include Client Success Director at Kenshoo, where Prathiba managed West Coast enterprise accounts and advocated for SMB agency clients. Previous positions at Boost Media and Google further enriched Prathiba's expertise in client strategy and account management, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a BSc in Biotechnology from Bangalore University and a certificate in Project Management from IIT Delhi.
