Klary Bolt - Wezeman has extensive experience in food technology and quality management, currently serving as a Specialist Toezicht at Skal Biocontrole since October 2017. Previous roles include R&D specialist at Dr Ten BV, where responsibilities included leading projects on valorizing discards and filleting waste, as well as researching enzymatically modified fats for various applications. Earlier positions include Quality Manager at Iscal Sugar BV, where Klary established HACCP systems, and a Researcher at TNO, focusing on HACCP applications for allergen labeling. Klary holds a Master's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Wageningen University & Research, along with a degree in Food Technology from Rijks Hogere School voor Levensmiddelen Technologie, and has completed auditor training based on ISO 9001:2015.
