Kimberly Warren has a diverse work experience in various roles related to customer success and relationship management. Kimberly has experience as a Director of Customer Success at Skan.ai and MDSL, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked at AOTMP as a Vice President and Director of Vendor Program Management, where they focused on improving program efficiency. Kimberly also worked as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Fidelity National Information Services, where they managed relationships with financial institution customers. Earlier in their career, they held roles at IBM, ProfitLine, Vercuity, Foley and Lardner, QuantumShift, and Siemens Information Systems Ltd, where they gained experience in solution architecture, sales support, customer relationship management, and account management. Kimberly Warren obtained a degree in Communications with a specialization in Telecommunications from Ohio University, where they attended from 1988 to 1992.
