Vinaykumar Mummigatti is the EVP of Strategy & Customer Transformation at Skan. Vinaykumar has over 20 years of experience in leading enterprise automation, process excellence, and digital transformation strategy, roadmap, programs, and enablement for multibillion-dollar companies. Vinaykumar has a proven track record in delivering more than 100 automation and digital transformation programs, contributing multi-million dollar financial impacts.

Mummigatti has successfully evaluated, procured, implemented, and scaled RPA, BPM, OCR, Chabot, Analytics, Machine learning, process modeling, process mining, and monitoring platforms at the enterprise level. Vinaykumar has also designed, standardized, and optimized more than 1000 processes for all value chains, on the foundation of industry standards-based business process architecture, taxonomy, metadata models, and libraries.

Under their leadership, process innovation and digital transformation have been successfully delivered for sales, marketing, onboarding, fulfillment, customer service, legal, finance, and HR processes to deliver cost reduction, cycle time, NPS, capacity and quality improvements. Vinaykumar has also established “Center for digital enablement”, an online learning platform for training and certification of all employees in the “future of work” and “citizen development” skills.

Mummigatti has been recognized by Gartner as a Hyperautomation success story, and has been invited to present at CIO and IT leadership

Vinaykumar Mummigatti has a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Vinaykumar also has a Management Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they studied Strategic Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Performance Measurement and Reporting, Leadership, and Systems and Marketing. Vinaykumar has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from KLE Technological University - Hubballi (India), and they are certified in ITIL4 Foundation Level and Certified ScrumMaster from AXELOS Global Best Practice and Scrum Alliance, respectively.

Vinaykumar Mummigatti reports to Avinash Misra, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Manish Garg - Founder & COO, Mubarak Abdulla - Chief Architect, and Ajay Gabale - VP of Engineering.
