Madeleine Ottahal

Madeleine Ottahal has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and learning & development. Madeleine is currently working as the Head of Learning & Development at Skandia since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Specialist - Learning & Development at Inspektionen för vård och omsorg, IVO from August 2013 to September 2022. Their role involved implementing and facilitating development processes, coordinating training initiatives, and focusing on digitalization and learning.

Before IVO, Madeleine worked as an HR Generalist at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. from April 2007 to July 2013. Madeleine was involved in recruitment, employer branding, and competence development, and contributed to building the HR function in the newly established Stockholm office. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant (Manpower Professional) at Rikspolisstyrelsen from October 2006 to April 2007 and as an HR Assistant (Generalist) at Bonver from October 2005 to September 2006.

Madeleine Ottahal obtained their M.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management & Development (Personal- och arbetslivsfrågorprogrammet) from Umeå University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Tessinskolan from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they received certifications as a Certifierad GDQ-konsult - teamutveckling baserad på Susan Wheelans modell, Integrated Model of Group Development (IMGD) from GDQ Associate in June 2019, and as a Diplomerad coach from CoachCompanion in November 2017.
