Ralf Lindgren

Ralf Lindgren has extensive experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits. Ralf started their career at AtlasCopco in 1997 as an HR Manager, and then joined HRS / Towers Perrin in 2000 as a Compensation & Benefit Consultant. In 2006, they moved to TeliaSonera, where they held various roles including Director of Compensation & Benefits and Global Compensation & Benefit / Business Control Manager. Since 2010, Ralf Lindgren has been the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Skandia.

Ralf Lindgren obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Karlstad University, specializing in HR and Finance. Ralf pursued this degree from 1994 to 1997.
