Bryan Hay

Bryan Hay currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Skanska, a position held since April 2018. In this role, Bryan assists building owners, real estate developers, and investors in understanding the time and cost implications of construction projects during the planning stage, while ensuring the delivery of quality facilities upon project completion. Prior to Skanska, Bryan was the Vice President of Business Development at HARDAWAY Construction Corp. from January 2007 to April 2018 and served as an Account Manager at Nortrax from November 1998 to December 2006, where responsibilities included managing sales of John Deere construction equipment. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business/Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1991 and 1994.
