Matthew O'Leslie

Matthew O'Leslie is an experienced Electrical QC Specialist currently employed at Skanska USA Civil Inc. since March 2014, overseeing electrical installations for the Pier 5 Replacement project in Portsmouth, VA. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Foreman and Journeyman Electrician at Bergelectric from February 2012 to February 2014, managing a team for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District’s WWTP Improvements project.
