Tom Chan

Tom (Wengfai) Chan, E.I.T, MSc, QSP, has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and MEP Engineer at Skanska since November 2018, Tom has worked on significant semiconductor manufacturing facilities for Intel Corporation. Prior roles include Sr. Project Engineer for the Aviation Group at San Francisco International Airport, specializing in design-build baggage handling systems, and Senior Project Engineer/Estimator at Valentine Corporation, gaining a diverse background in public infrastructure projects. Tom's career also includes positions at Alten Construction, Robert A. Bothman, Flatiron Construction, Turner Construction Company, and GLF Construction Corporation, demonstrating expertise in project estimates, compliance, cost control, and management of construction budgets. Tom holds a Master's degree in Building Construction Technology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University.
