Tomasz Marcinkowski

Tomasz Marcinkowski is an experienced professional with a strong background in project control and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Project Control & Analytics at Skanska since May 2011. In this role, Tomasz leads the design and implementation of advanced project control frameworks, data strategies, and business intelligence solutions for complex infrastructure projects, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to enhance efficiency and data quality. Previous positions at Skanska include Head of Project Controls and Performance and Data Manager, where Tomasz successfully developed predictive analytics models and improved reporting quality.
