Ran P.

Ran P. has a diverse work experience starting from 2010 as an Army Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), where they led a company to success in multiple complex operations and founded a new army company within a special operations unit. Ran then worked as a Security Assistant at EL AL Security from 2015 to 2018, providing front-facing customer service and conducting on-the-job training on a unique technological product. In 2019, they joined TSB Bank as a UX Designer, leading the design for one of the bank's main strategic journeys and working on conversational UI projects. In 2020, Ran P. worked as a Product Developer (Industrial design) at Central Research Laboratory and is currently working as the Head Of Design at Skarper, leading the design and development of the company's products, promoting innovation, and implementing human-centred design methodologies.

Ran P. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of the Arts London, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they also completed a Foundation degree in Arts and Design at the same institution in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Ran P. has obtained additional certifications in Product Management from LinkedIn, including "Becoming a Product Manager" and "Product Management First Steps" in the year 2020.
