Ashley Anderson

Ashley Anderson is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in labor law, product liability, and civil litigation. Currently serving as an Associate at Skarzynski Marick & Black LLP since August 2021, Ashley represents government contractors and their insurers in claims related to the Defense Base Act. Previous positions include Associate roles at Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP, where involvement in managing toxic tort matters for a global beauty brand took place, and at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP, focusing on construction accidents and general liability. Ashley began the legal career at Vecchione, Vecchione, Connors & Cano, LLP, representing insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims, and gained early experience through internships, including one at the Office of the New York State Attorney General. Ashley obtained a JD from St. John's University School of Law and a BA in Corporate Communications from Baruch College.
