Jens Thyboe Pedersen

Jens Thyboe Pedersen is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in hydrocarbon taxation and corporate tax within the Danish Tax Authorities, specifically the Large Companies Section. Currently serving as Head of Office at Skattestyrelsen since July 2018, Jens also holds the title of Chief Adviser and has contributed to the department since 2008. Prior roles include Specialkonsulent and Fuldmægtig, all focused on taxation matters for large companies. Jens began their career as a tax auditor at Syddjurs Kommune from 2000 to 2005 and has built a solid educational foundation with an LL.M. in Law from the University of Copenhagen and a BA in Law from Aarhus University, complemented by a certification as a tax auditor from Forvaltningshøjskolen.
