Andrew Shusterman is an experienced digital marketing professional and social media strategist, currently serving as President of Shusterman Media since July 2013. With expertise in building organic and paid social media strategies, fostering brand partnerships, and executing influencer marketing campaigns, Andrew has collaborated with notable clients such as SKF Bearings, HUF Worldwide, NASA, and Dew Tour across various industries, including action sports, fashion, and tech. Additionally, Andrew has served as a Board Member for Skate Like a Girl and has held previous roles, including Social Media Director at Ignite International and Social Media Manager at Tillys, where significant growth in brand presence and follower engagement was achieved. Andrew holds a B.A. in Communication & Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and completed a Digital Marketing Boot Camp at UC Irvine.

Skate Like a Girl
The mission of Skate Like a Girl is to create an inclusive community by promoting confidence, leadership, and social justice through skateboarding. Historically, certain identities such as women and trans people, have been excluded from skateboarding. Since 2000, we've been transforming this historical lack of inclusion by building community that challenges who and how people skateboard. We achieve this through programs and events that create safer spaces and eliminate barriers to access, while also calling in the whole community on issues of social justice and equity.
