Maja Setina

Maja Setina has a strong background in the banking industry, starting their career with NLB d.d. in 1997. Throughout their time at NLB, they held various roles including Area Manager, Financial Institutions & International, Account Officer for SMEs, Head of Securities Settlement Operations, Deputy General Manager & Head of International Guarantees, and General Manager for Large Corporates and Institutional Investors. The roles at NLB spanned from 1997 to 2016. In 2016, Maja joined SKB banka as the Head of Key Accounts Coverage, and later became the Division Director for Corporate and Financial Markets in 2023. Additionally, Maja Setina is a Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching since 2020.

Maja Setina pursued their higher education in the field of business and economic science. Maja first attended the University of Ljubljana from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economic Science from the Faculty of Economics. In 2008, they also completed the General Management Program at IEDC - Bled School of Management.
