Dayne Hess

Dayne Hess has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the footwear and outdoor industries. Currently serving as Group Vice President at Skechers since March 2017, Dayne has also held the position of Vice President of Sales within the Skechers Work division. Previous roles include Director of Sales at Wigwam Mills Inc., National Sales Manager at Rocky Brands, Inc. for Georgia Boot and Vice President of Sales for both Rocky Outdoor and Work divisions. Additional experience includes Vice President of Sales and Regional VP of Sales at Lehigh Outfitters, District Sales Manager at Lehigh Outfitters (a division of Rocky Brands, Inc.), Account Manager at Aerotek, and Territory Manager at Rocky Brands, Inc. Dayne Hess earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Gettysburg College.
