Leo Chang possesses extensive experience in footwear production and commercialization, having held key roles in various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Director of Production & Commercialization at Skechers, Leo has previously excelled as General Manager of Footwear and Global Sourcing at TOMS, as well as taking on the position of Commercialization Senior Director. Further background includes leadership as Licensee Manufacturing Operations Director at Converse Technical Service in ZhongSan, China, and Vice Commercialization Manager at Diadora. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Development at Genelloyd. Leo Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the National Taichung Institute of Technology, earned between 1990 and 1995.
