Sumesh Narayana Menon is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data architecture and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Data Architect at Skechers since March 2020, Sumesh manages a six-member data architecture team and leads the implementation of a comprehensive data lake using advanced tools like Attunity, Confluent for Kafka Streams, and Databricks. Prior experience includes working as a Business Intelligence Architect at FabFitFun, where a self-service BI solution was developed, and serving as a Principal Consultant at Aviana Global Technologies for over a decade, providing high-level analytics and data warehousing solutions across various industries. Sumesh co-founded Gridshell Engineering Solutions and has held previous roles in software engineering and construction ERP development. An accomplished educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and multiple certifications in data science and software engineering.
