Wan-Yi Sweeting (杜韵仪) is a seasoned professional in strategic partnerships and virtual assistant recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Skechers since October 2022, and Co-Principal at You Need a VA! since December 2022. Wan-Yi co-owns 145 multifamily real estate units through 18Keys, also serving as Co-Principal, and has founded a tennis coaching business in Los Angeles. Previous experience includes leading business development and creative projects at Tongal, directing diversity initiatives, and holding various roles at United Talent Agency, where contributions spanned from event logistics for Goop to extensive research for the UTA Asia department. A graduate of Boston College with a degree in International Studies and recognized in the BAFTA LA Newcomer program, Wan-Yi combines a robust educational background with a diverse professional portfolio in business leadership and creative industries.
