Rajdeep Hazarika

Rajdeep Hazarika has extensive work experience in technical support, consulting, and management roles. Rajdeep is currently the Director of Global Technical Support APAC at Skedulo and previously served as the Senior Manager of Technical Support - APAC. Before that, Rajdeep worked as a Consultant at e&e Solutions, where they were responsible for setting up the Global Technical Systems Support team and developing organizational processes. Prior to that, they held various roles at Temando, including Technical Operations and Service Delivery Manager, DevOps Engineer, and Technical Analyst. At Thomson Reuters, Rajdeep worked as a Senior Management Systems Engineer, and at IBM, they served as a Senior Systems Management Specialist, Performance and Capacity Analyst, and Tivoli Systems Administrator.

Rajdeep Hazarika completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2000 to 2002 and Delhi Public School from 1997 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Solutions Architect certification from Amazon Web Services in July 2017. Rajdeep also holds certifications from ITIL Certified and Scrum.org, namely ITIL v3 and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional, respectively.
