Varun Dogra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and project management, currently serving as Principal Solution Architect at Skedulo since January 2022. As the Founder of MakeMyCX since January 2020, Varun combines entrepreneurial expertise with a strong background in Salesforce architecture honed during a tenure as Principal Consultant at Wipro Limited. Previous roles include Solutions Consultant at Lifecycle Digital and Executive Producer at Kalido Australia, where Varun led digital marketing initiatives across the APAC region. With a foundational career at Accenture as a Senior Business & System Integration Consultant, Varun has developed a deep understanding of enterprise-level implementations and team leadership. Varun holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gannon University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia.
