Anastasia Doromandzhy

Anastasia Doromandzhy is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcer at SKELAR since October 2025, Anastasia previously held significant positions at Ajax Systems, including Talent Sourcer Expert and Talent Acquisition Sourcer from May 2023 to September 2025. Earlier, from June 2022 to April 2023, Anastasia was a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Grid Dynamics, a technology services provider supporting Fortune 1000 companies. Anastasia holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, and Taxation from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute," completed in December 2020, alongside a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, earned in May 2019. Anastasia is also currently enhancing skills at Hillel IT School since August 2021.
