Artem Filatov is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in customer support and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Howly and leading operations at SKELAR since June 2022, Artem previously held the position of Head of Customer Support at AMO, where responsibilities included overseeing team operations, managing SLAs and KPIs, and resource management.
