Mariia Isupova is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in both tech and non-tech recruitment. Currently serving as a Tech & Non-tech Recruiter at SKELAR since March 2024, Mariia previously held the position of International Recruiter at GoIT from January 2021 to February 2024, overseeing hiring across various regions including Latin America, Poland, Romania, Turkey, and Asia. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter focusing on full-cycle recruiting and market analysis, and as an IT Recruiter at BeeJee Ninjas, where Mariia managed the recruitment process for developers and non-technical positions.
