Chris Clements began their work experience in 2013 as an Assistant Department Manager at Menards. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Outreach Director at the Fund for the Public Interest, where they managed campaigns for environmental and public interest organizations. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Recruiter at Away Staffing Services, specializing in placing workers in manufacturing and office/clerical positions. Following this, from 2016 to 2021, Chris served as a Recruiting Administrator at Watson Dwyer, a staffing agency that provided comprehensive staffing solutions. In 2021, they joined PrimeStaff Services, LLC. as an Account Manager, where they remained until 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Project Coordinator at Skender.
Chris Clements obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Saginaw Valley State University in 2012.
