Rachel Santegoets

Rachel Santegoets is an experienced designer with a diverse background in spatial design and ecological garden design. Currently serving as an Ontwerper at Schooltuinen since May 2024, Rachel previously worked as a Ruimtelijk ontwerper at Ditt Officemakers from January 2012 to June 2023, where responsibilities included concept development for office buildings and comprehensive interior designs. Rachel operated as a Zelfstandig ruimtelijk ontwerper from October 2010 to June 2014, managing projects ranging from large-scale school interiors to unique initiatives that promote nesting opportunities for house sparrows. Previous experiences include an internship at Kossmann.dejong, contributing to projects for the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, and an internship at Fablab Amsterdam, assisting visitors with machinery. Rachel Santegoets holds a Bachelor in Design, man and Public Space from Design Academy Eindhoven and is pursuing an Associate Degree in Ecologisch Tuinontwerper from IPD Opleidingen.
