Federico Rivera

Federico Rivera is the current General Manager of Roma at Sketchin. Prior to this, they were the UX & Service Design Director at Digital Entity, a NTT DATA multidisciplinary unit focused on digital transformation. In their three years at Digital Entity, Federico's team grew from 8 to 30 and was spread across 4 offices. Their team was responsible for a wide range of projects, spanning from home banking to military and naval defence, eCommerce and innovation on iOT. Federico and their team supported their clients in their digital transformation process, from the definition of their strategy and service to the detail design and final delivery. Federico's clients included UniCredit and BNL-BNP Paribas [bank], Nexi, Vodafone and Telecom Italia [Telco], Gruppo Generali [insurance], Enel and Eni [Energy], Barilla and biggest grocery retailers of Italy, Leonardo Finmeccania [Defence], Hitachi Ansaldo [Transportation].

Federico Rivera has a Master's degree in Service Design from the Facolta' del Design at the Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the same school. Federico also attended Pimlico State high school in Townsville.

Their manager is Alessandro Galetto, General Manager Global. Federico Rivera works with Marco Tamburlini - General Manager International, Silvio Cioni - General Manager Milano, and Elena Zordan - General Manager Switzerland.
