Director of Customer Success at Sketchy

Angela Gard has held various roles in the customer service and success industry since 2001. Angela began their career at Patrick Industries, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed customer accounts from order entry to invoicing. Angela then moved to Blackboard in 2011, where they served as a Senior Customer Success Advocate, managing client relationships and satisfaction for a portfolio of high visibility clients. In 2015, they joined PatientPop Inc. as a Senior Manager of Customer Support and Integrations, where they headed the customer support team and the customer integrations team. In 2018, they moved to Medely as a Manager of Customer Success, managing a team of nine Implementation Managers and providing training and coaching. Finally, in 2019, they joined Boulevard as a Director of Customer Success, and currently holds that same role at Sketchy, where they began in 2021.

Angela Gard attended Chaffey College.
