Bryan Dodson

Bryan Dodson has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Bryan started their career at Morton Thiokol as an Industrial Engineer, where they focused on reducing production process variability and implementing control charts. Bryan then joined Alcoa, where they progressed through various roles and became a Reliability Leader and Technical Quality Consultant. At Alcoa, they implemented a reliability engineering program and optimized maintenance efforts.

Dodson later worked at Continental Teves as a Manager of Reliability Engineering and Quality Information Systems, leading project teams and implementing a reliability program for brake products. After that, they joined Visteon, where they served as an Associate Director of Quality & Reliability Engineering and Senior Technical Fellow. In this role, they managed a large staff and was responsible for improving warranty and reducing field actions.

Dodson's next position was at Collins & Aikman, where they were recruited as the Senior Director of Corporate Quality. Bryan successfully led a turnaround team at the Port Huron facility, achieving significant cost savings and profitability.

Currently, Dodson holds the position of Senior Director of Quality, Strategy & Transformation for the Americas at SKF. Their responsibilities include quality management, strategy development, and transformation initiatives.

Throughout their career, Dodson has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in quality management, and a track record of successfully driving positive change and cost savings.

Bryan Dodson holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1996. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University from 1987 to 1989. Bryan also earned an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University between 1984 and 1987. Their undergraduate education includes a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, which they completed from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their degrees, Dodson has obtained various certifications such as Professional Engineer from the State of Michigan in 1994, Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality in 1991, and Reliability Engineer from the American Society for Quality in 1991.
