Michael Hoang

Michael Hoang, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP, WEMT, EMT-B, serves as the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Whittier Health Network since April 2015. With expertise in managing chronic and acute disease states in a post-acute care environment, Michael supervises pharmacy staff, evaluates medication orders, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Additionally, Michael works as a Clinical Pharmacist at UMass Memorial Medical Center and a Trauma and Critical Care Team Pharmacist for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Michael has extensive experience as an Emergency Medical Technician and Ski Patroller, and holds multiple degrees and certifications in pharmacy and emergency medical services, promoting medication safety and patient outcomes across various clinical settings.
