Alina Dekhtyar

Alina Dekhtyar has a diverse work experience, having held several positions in different companies. Alina began their career as a legal assistant at the law firm Advocate Zikrackiy Sergey Aleksandrovich in 2014. After working there for two years, they moved on to become a Guest Lecturer at Belarusian State University in 2019. In 2017, Alina joined 21vek.by as their Chief Legal Officer, a position they held until 2023. During the same period, they also worked as a Lead Legal Adviser at E Com Technologies from 2020 to 2023. Recently, Alina Dekhtyar started working as the Chief Operating Officer at Skich in May 2023.

Alina Dekhtyar attended IPM Business School from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued a GMP (General Management Program) in the field of study. Alina then attended Belarusian State University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law with a general direction.
