Julie Tsai

Julie Tsai is an experienced executive and advisor with a strong focus on cybersecurity and technology governance. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Bay Area CSO Council since 2021, Tsai actively contributes on various topics including DevOps, Microservices, and Data Protection. As a Limited Partner at Rain Capital, Tsai invests in disruptive cybersecurity companies. Additional roles include membership in the Digital Directors Network, and advisory positions at SeeMetrics, Pando Security, Sudoviz, Leen, and Skidaway. Tsai is also an investor in Nuvocargo and Britive, and a mentor for WEST Diversity & Inclusion, LLC, promoting the retention and development of women in technology. Tsai holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Stanford University.
