Damon Gladman

Damon Gladman serves as the Chief Product Officer and the Executive Vice President of Product Management & Delivery at Skience since September 2019. Their leadership encompasses multiple roles including Senior Vice President of Product Management and Delivery, Senior Vice President of Product Advocacy, and Senior Vice President of Product Management. At Skience, the company focuses on delivering innovative digital strategies and solutions that enhance business operations, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem for broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. Prior to this, Damon held various positions at The Huntington Investment Company from February 2005 to September 2019, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President and Director of Sales Administration.
