Suganya Ramaraj

Suganya Ramaraj began their work experience at VDart Inc in 2015 as a Senior IT Recruiter and Executive Hiring specialist. In this role, they were responsible for business development, account management, and filling executive-level positions for major global IT services firms. Suganya worked in this position until 2018.

In 2018, Suganya joined BigWig Consultants as a Senior HR Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting and human resources functions. Shortly after, they moved to S2S SOFT LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on technical recruitment.

In 2019, Suganya joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they worked until 2021.

Most recently, Suganya worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for J P Infotech (MY) from January 2022 to May 2022. Suganya is currently working as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for Skill Quotient Resources Sdn Bhd, starting in May 2022.

Suganya Ramaraj holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Danalakshmi College of Womens. Suganya completed their studies at this institution from 2013 to 2015.
