Jessica further expanded their knowledge in the medical field at Harvard Medical School. From 2017 to 2019, they received HMX Certificates in Immunology, Physiology, and Genetics. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained HMX Genetics certification from the same institution.

Jessica also acquired several other certifications. These include "Protecting Human Resource Participants" from the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, Office of Extramural Research in 2015, "Introduction to International Disaster Response Laws, Rules and Principles" from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in 2017, and "Human Research" certification from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative in 2018.
