Kirill Prudnikov has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2020 to present, they have been the Head of Department of Business and Management at Skillbox, responsible for overseeing the department. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Department of Education at the same company. From 2020 to present, they worked as an Instructional Designer at InLiberty. Kirill also served as the Vice Principal at Gorchakov Memorial School from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they were a Social Studies Teacher at the same school from 2014 to 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant for the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from 2014 to 2014. Kirill gained experience as an intern at the Center for Conflict Studies, the Center for Conflict Studies at the Monterey Institute, and the King County Inter-Local Conflict Resolution Group. Kirill was also the President of the Conflict Resolution Association from 2012 to 2013.
Kirill Prudnikov holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and Conflictology from Saint Petersburg State University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Policy Studies, specializing in Conflict Resolution, at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. In 2012, they attended the KEDGE Business School's summer school program on "Cross-cultural negotiations and management of cross-cultural conflicts." More recently, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Educational Policy from the Higher School of Economics.
