Vladislav Brodsky

Vladislav Brodsky is the Head of Product Design at Skillbox since August 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles. At beeline Russia, from January 2022 to June 2023, Vladislav led a team of 4 product designers, successfully implementing Scrum workflows that significantly reduced estimation errors and developed a design system for new products. Prior to that, at Sberbank from February 2020 to January 2022, Vladislav spearheaded a team of 3, focusing on a design vision for the HR Platform "Pulse." At Novotelecom, Vladislav served as a Product Designer, creating designs for key products through client interviews. Beginning a career at NDM, Vladislav conducted UX research and designed for both website and e-commerce platforms. Vladislav holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University (NSPU).
