Barbara DiMonte

Barbara DiMonte has over 30 years of work experience in sales, customer success, and business development. Barbara began their career in 1987 as an Inside Sales Representative at MicroUnited. In 1988, they became an Eastern Region Sales Manager at United Stationers. In 2001, they moved to Terasys as an Inside Sales Representative. In 2003, they were Managing Director at ProfitAbility Business Simulations. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Major Account Executive at Ricoh Business Solutions. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Program Manager, Business Solutions at College of DuPage. During this time, they designed a three-year Leadership Development program (LEAD) for local government employees. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Business Development Manager at the Illinois Manufacturers' Association, where they achieved a 96% retention rate with a portfolio of over 350 manufacturing members. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager at SkillDirector.

Barbara DiMonte obtained their B.S in Business Management from Northern Illinois University between 1983 and 1987. In 2018, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they obtained their E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Barbara is also in the process of obtaining their Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Chicago Deming Association.
