Joe Digangi

Joe DiGangi has held various roles in the restaurant industry. Joe started their career in 2002 as an Area Director and Franchise Operations Partner at Corner Bakery Cafe. Joe then joined Pei Wei Asian Diner in 2014 as a Regional Director of Operations. In 2017, they became the President and Chief Operating Officer at Skillets Restaurants, and in 2022, they were promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer.

Joe DiGangi obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics Finance from Loyola University Chicago between 1992 and 1995.
