Jeffrey Richmond

Jeffrey Richmond has a diverse work experience that includes roles in product management, implementation management, engineering, and leadership positions.

Jeffrey joined Skilljar in 2018 and has held multiple roles, including Product Manager for their Platform and Integrations. Prior to that, they worked as an Implementation Manager in the Customer Success department at Skilljar.

Before Skilljar, Jeffrey worked at Amazon from 2017 to 2018 as a TPM for Amazon Go. Jeffrey was responsible for project management in the development and implementation of Amazon Go stores.

Prior to Amazon, Jeffrey worked at Amazon Robotics from 2014 to 2017. During their time there, they served as a Deployment Engineer II, leading onsite engineers in the deployment of robotics and infrastructure for Amazon Robotics' warehouse fulfillment solution. Jeffrey also worked on coordinating retrofit deployment teams across multiple time zones and supported the deployment of robotic solutions internationally.

Jeffrey's work experience also includes an internship at Mercury Manufacture & Design as a Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Intern from 2013 to 2014.

Additionally, they worked at Tufts University from 2011 to 2014 in the Department of Drama and Dance Scene Shop.

Earlier in their career, Jeffrey worked at Camp Walt Whitman from 2010 to 2012 as a CampCraft and BikeCraft Leader. Jeffrey organized and led multi-day hiking and biking trips, ensuring the safety and management of large groups of campers. Jeffrey also holds certifications in Wilderness First Aid, CPR, Lifeguarding, and the AMC Mountain Leadership School.

Jeffrey Richmond completed their education at Tufts University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, they obtained a certification in Skilljar as a Skilljar Certified Professional - Basic in March 2021.
